| << Previous | We're back at the entry to Monterey. I'm
standing on a bench so we can look down on the trackplan. That
raised roadbed entering at the right is the mainline. There
will be a wholesale grocer on that spur coming off the main.
The wye (with it's tail track crossing the mainline) will be serving
the freight station located on it's east leg (the track at lower
left). The seam of the lift-up section can be seen at the
upper left just beyond the west leg of the wye. |
