And now looking back toward the building entrance.  The (future) aisles are the darker areas where the can lights reside.  I'm standing where benchwork will eventually be.  As you can see, I decided on the blue recommended by John Lowrance and painted the remainder of the backdrop portion of the walls.  It's a darker blue, but doesn't look too dark in person.  Several times I compared a large sample to the outdoor sky on sunny days, and it matched well to certain sections of the sky.  The lighting is 5000K which is a bit cooler than your typical cool white fluorescents, but not nearly as "harsh" as the 6500K Daylight lamps.  I think it will do a nice job of illuminating the layout.
