Late in the day he captured Pullman Porter Alfred McMillan preparing the upper berth for the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The air conditioned <em>Capitol Limited<\/em> was known for fine dining in it&#8217;s &#8220;Martha Washington&#8221; series dining cars.  It also offered amenities such as secretaries, barbers, manicurists, and valets.
